Digital Product Policy

At mscadfile.com, we specialize in selling digital CAD files related to jewelry design. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or accept returns once the files have been downloaded.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable

Once a purchase is completed and the CAD file has been downloaded, we cannot issue a refund or accept a return. This is standard policy for digital products to prevent unauthorized use or distribution.

Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider issuing a refund or offering a replacement file under the following exceptional circumstances:

• The file is corrupt or cannot be opened in any CAD software
• You have accidentally purchased the same file more than once
• The product description was misleading or incorrect

To be eligible for such a resolution, please contact us within 3 days of purchase and provide screenshots or error messages as applicable.
